Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor at the Mega Black Friday Expo. To ensure a smooth experience for all exhibitors, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
Package Pricing and Taxation:
The pricing for all exhibitor packages is exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other related taxes. Exhibitors are responsible for complying with local taxation requirements as applicable.
Payment Deadline:
Full payment for the selected exhibitor package is required to secure your booth and participation. All payments must be completed no later than two (2) days before the commencement of the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in the forfeiture of the booth reservation.
Payment Method:
Please ensure that all payments are made to Digital Tailor Agency's designated bank accounts. Payment instructions and account details will be provided upon confirmation of your participation as an exhibitor.
Booth Assignment and Allocation:
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment. While we strive to accommodate specific booth preferences, allocation is subject to availability and the event's floor plan layout.
Booth Setup and Dismantling:
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths within the allocated timeframes and in compliance with event guidelines. Dismantling of booths should only take place after the official event closing time.
Compliance with Regulations:
All exhibitors are required to adhere to local regulations, event rules, and guidelines. This includes obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for their products and displays.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Exhibitor package cancellations must be submitted in writing to our event management team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and the time of cancellation.
Liability and Insurance:
Exhibitors are responsible for the security and insurance of their products, displays, and personnel. The event organizers and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor materials.
Changes and Modifications:
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, floor plan, and other aspects as deemed necessary. We will communicate any substantial changes to exhibitors in a timely manner.
Event Promotion and Marketing:
By participating as an exhibitor, you grant the event organizers the right to use your company name, logo, and promotional materials for event-related marketing purposes.
